SHIPPING
Once payment is received turn around time can take up to 7-10 business days depending on the amount of orders ahead of yours, BUT I'm usually able to ship stuff out 3-5 days after orders are placed. Remember, every single piece is hand made, link by link.

All domestic orders within the US include free complimentary shipping!
All orders are shipped with USPS standard shipping.

Estimated delivery time is within 3-7 business days (after being shipped) for US orders and 5-14 business days for orders outside the country.

There is an option on my website in the misc. section to upgrade to 2 day shipping within the US, overnight shipping within the US and priority shipping outside the US.

I ship to the address I am provided and I am not responsible if it's incorrect.

PACKAGE INSURANCE
I am not responsible for missing/lost or stolen packages. Refunds are not given for lost or stolen packages. There is an option in the misc section to insure your package!

If in the rare occurrence that a package does get lost in the mail or gets stolen - please message me so we can fix the issue together!

OUT OF COUNTRY DUTY AND CUSTOMS FEES
Once base shipping is paid to get package into buyers country any duty, customs/VAT or handling fees are the responsibility of the receiver. Fees vary from country to country and I cannot predict what your fees may cost.

PAYMENT
I accept major credit cards and paypal via my bigcartel. 
If I know you personally I am open to payment via Venmo, Square Cash and real cash money.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I am always open to doing custom orders and making the perfect unique item for you! Just send me a message with your idea, we can talk about our options and once I get a payment for the custom order I will start it asap! 

**I do not get started on any custom order inquiries until a payment has been made first. Thank you for understanding!

REPAIRS
I will gladly fix up any of your old pieces no matter how long ago you purchased them, at no charge! If you need anything fixed or replaced, just send me an email! (broken clasp, broken rings, tarnished rings, etc.)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any missing, incorrect or damaged items:
Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package, I will gladly cover any returning fees and send you a replacement. 


If you are not happy with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Please note that the following conditions apply:
• You are responsible for paying to return the item, unless the item you have received is broken or damaged.
• The item should be returned in good condition, well protected and if possible in its original packaging. 
• The refund will be processed only once I've received the item back.

In the case where the item arrived broken, you can:
• Send it back to me so I can fix it for you (shipping at my own charge).
• Ask for a replacement (shipping at my own charge)
• Ask for a refund (shipping price not included in the refund).
